Our role is to bring that vision to life with thoughtful, refined floral design tailored entirely to you.

We begin with a personal consultation to understand your aesthetic, priorities and floral preferences. During this call, we share creative direction, inspiration and practical guidance to shape the overall concept.

Having worked with clients worldwide, we seamlessly manage different time zones and conduct meetings via phone, FaceTime or Zoom.

Following our discussion, we prepare a bespoke design brief, including a curated mood board featuring seasonally available flowers. A second consultation can then be arranged to refine and personalise every detail. We accept bookings up to 18 months in advance; however, due to high demand during peak seasons, confirmation is required to secure your date.

Once confirmed, we arrange a site visit to meet in person, explore the venue and develop additional ideas tailored to the space. This allows us to advise on styling elements, select complementary accessories and consider design repurposing to maximise your budget. We offer a wide range of finishing touches — including arches, aisle décor, lanterns and full venue styling — and can source bespoke items through our trusted supplier network if required.

After finalising your designs, we liaise directly with your venue and wedding planner, managing all logistics to ensure a seamless delivery and installation. With over a decade of experience in wedding and event coordination, we provide ongoing support via phone, WhatsApp or email throughout the planning process.

For each event, we personally source every flower stem from our trusted Dutch suppliers, with sustainable options available. Much of our foliage is freshly cut and delivered from local UK growers. Supported by our long-standing team of skilled florists, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail for your wedding day.
