What we do best and how we do it...
The two of you, your love for one another, your ideas, your family, your friends, and your future together are all at the centre of your wedding day, therefore it all begins with you.
In order to understand what's essential to you both, your overall wedding style, and your floral ideas, we'll start with a phone consultation. We share our ideas and inspiration with you both, as well as offering practical advice.
We have worked with clients based all around the world and are used to working with time differences & working entirely over email,
face time /zoom calls.
After our chat, we will design a brief specifically for you including a mood board with what flowers seasonally available.
We can then book in a second session to further customise it.
We accept reservations up to 18 months in advance of the big day, however because demand is high during peak months, we would require your confirmation at this time.
Once you are booked in, we will organise a site visit. In addition to the fact that we get to meet you in person, a site visit gives us the opportunity to recommend additional ideas based on the location and your wedding vision.
It also helps us choose the matching accessories to complement the decor.
We can also look at re-using and re-purposing designs to maximise use and your budget.
We have a wide variety of finishing touches, including candles, lanterns, arches, aisle decor, and venue décor.
If we don't already have what you're looking for, we will do our best to source it from special selected suppliers list.
Once you've chosen your flowers & designs, we'll get in touch with your venue,
wedding coordinators, and any other vendors you may have directly.
We will organise all the logistics so you relax knowing that every last detail will be taken care of.
Since we have been coordinating weddings for couples for over a decade, we have a thorough understanding of how everything works.
We are always happy to be reached by phone, WhatsApp, or email at any time, and we are happy to offer advice and suggestions on all aspects of your wedding planning.
For the event every flower stem will be individually purchased for your wedding and comes from our reliable supplier in Holland.
Our supplier can. also source sustainable flowers and blossoms.
We source most of our foliages from a local supplier who brings it from all over the UK freshly cut to order.
We have a fantastic team of experienced florists with whom we have been working for many years.
They will collaborate with us to produce the finest, highest-quality flowers and decorations for your event.
The Big Day...
We like to arrive as early as we can on the morning of the big day...we love coming to see the anticipation and excitement as everyone gets ready.
We always start with ceremony decoration to ensure that every last element is perfect. Last but not least, we finish up with the reception decoration and make sure everything is set up and prepared for your guests.
We clear away everything and collect any hired equipment after the event has finished.
We also collaborate with several floral charities, and we can organise donation of your flowers to them if you wish, so they can be put to fantastic use.
We exclusively use biodegradable floral foam and compost all of our organic matter in an effort to reduce waste, along with recycling wherever possible.
We are always on the search for more environmentally friendly floral arrangement techniques, and we will always be testing out new ways to be more sustainable.
